Vision and Values
Our Ethos:
We recognise our historic foundation and will preserve and develop our religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England, which includes respecting other faiths and working in partnership with St Mary’s Church Ringstead and the church at the Diocesan level.
We encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, and promote Christian Values through the experience we offer all of our pupils.
Our Values:
The school community works together to ensure that all stakeholders demonstrate the following Christian Values.

These values were identified by all stakeholders following a period of consultation and closely link to our teaching of British values.
Our Aims are:
- To develop resilient, enthusiastic children who are equipped for the next stage of their educational journey.
- Place teaching and learning at the centre of our school through a challenging, stimulating and creative curriculum.
- Stimulate spiritual awareness in a Christian environment whilst developing respect and understanding for other beliefs and culture.
- Enable children to discover and develop their own spirituality and be able to articulate what it means to them.
- Continue to build and strengthen partnership working with parents, the church and our village community.
- Provide a welcoming environment, where mutual respect ensures that everyone’s contribution is heard and valued throughout the school community.
